Barn + paddocks

The barn is comprised of 7 stalls, 6 of which measure 12’ x 10’ and the remaining stall measuring 12’ x 12’. The barn area also has a 12’ x 10’ grooming stall, feed room and shower stall. A 3’ x 12’ storage closet faces the doors to the 7’ x 22’ tack room and laundry room. The barns 12’ wide aisles make for easy access and additional cross tie space.

Recognizing that outdoors is a horse’s natural habitat, Trevella allotted ample space for its four paddocks. At 166’ wide and 464’ long the two paddocks for the outside board horses is more than adequate to suit the needs of up to 6 horses. Equipped with a 16’ x 32’ walk-in, 6 horses can all comfortably find shelter from the elements without crowding one another. With the two remaining paddocks measuring 166’ wide by 438’ long, the indoor board horses have also been allotted a calculated amount of space suitable for their needs. Future developments include the construction of two smaller walk-ins for these paddocks. Both sets of paddocks are lined with electric fence to ensure horse containment and safety from one another. Furthermore, each paddock is worked and reworked seasonally in an effort to ensure proper feeding crop and stable footing.
